But I disagree that it is "an anti-war movie". Are there scenes unflattering to the US Military? Certainly... the Col. who authorizes the killing of an insurgent is not what the military wants on the nation's movie screens. But the three main characters display a dedication to duty that the military should be proud of. War is a terrible thing and any accurate, or even somewhat accurate as was the case here, is likely to seem anti-war. But I don't believe that was the goal of the filmmakers.
